I am developing an application in which I need to switch between a gate driver output and a resistor.
A = gate driver output
A= Connected to resistor
I need to know can SN74LVC1G3157 handle the output current of the gate driver?
What is the maximum current that can flow through this device from B1/B2 to A?
The max current supported by our switch is usually listed in the datasheet under the Absolute Maximum Ratings table. Please see the below snapshot from the datasheet.

You can use the parameter "Input/output continuous current max" in the switch and multiplexer parametric search on TI.com.
It looks like the TS5A12301E is a 1-channel 2:1 SPDT switch that can support 450mA current through the signal path.
