Hello! Help me to find a modern replacement for the 74HC4066 chip.
Options: 4 independent key, the voltage of +5V, the switching frequency is not lower than 30 MHz. The resistance of the keys 4-10 Ohms, or less.
And the most important thing! To the keys inside was controlled antiphase to the control signals into the conclusions of the keys as little as possible!

The MC74HC4066 and ADG712 are both 4-channel 1:1 switches. These are the search results from the TI.com switch selection tool for 4-channel, 1:1 switch, with 5V supply voltage and <10 ohms on state resistance.
Please let me know if these switches are what you are looking for.

I haven't found the right chip. Again, please view these pictures, that's what I need. Need the chip, where the level of this voltage noise of the control signal will not be stronger than the 0.1-0.3 mV
All the chips I found had a noise level of 20-100mV, but I have no more than 0.1-0.3 mV!

I didn't see that information in the CD74HCT4066 or CD74HCT4066 datasheet.
Another way the crosstalk from the digital control pin is specified as charge injection. TS12A44513 looks like a device above that has low charge injection.
