Part Number: TS3L110
Can I use the TS3L110 Analog switch part after the Transformer as per the below shown image. Please provide your suggestion on this.
Exposing TS3L110 to -3V violates the absolute maximum ratings in the datasheet and may cause damage to the IC. Please operate the switch in your system within the recommended operating contiditions.
Looking at the switch selection tool on TI.com I'm not aware of an Ethernet switch that can support -3V. I might consider using the switch before the transformer to expose the switch to 0 to 3V.
