TI does not have a true HDMI audio extractor however I was able to find some E2E post with some suggestion on how to extract audio from HDMI signal.
"HDMI Receiver IC's will typically convert the embedded audio stream (usually encapsulated in IEC 60958 format). Most HDMI decoders will stream this content out as S/PDIF that can be converted to I2S using a DIR9001 or DIX4192.TI does not make HDMI reciever IC's that does that initial conversion."
