As for TS3A24157, what is the value of Vf for input clump diode, to GND and VCC?  0.5V?

    Na na,

    Yes, 0.5V is a good place to start as your estimate for the input clamp diode forward bias voltage Vf as seen in the datasheet.  We actually spec a little bit of buffer in our datasheets so it may be more like 0.6 or 0.7 V before you see it completely conduct.
