Here, the table of ƟJA is 190.8 degC/W, but ƟJA in the datasheet is 88degC/W.
I am confusing. Please double confirm ƟJC is correct.

Hello Tiger,

When the spec on the data sheet was run, the Theta JA was run under a different condition(absolute maximum ratings), which will change the value which you receive.
When we remodeled the part, we ran them under different conditions (standard datasheet values)
Please refer to the attached app note for further explanation in the differences of values:
