Yes, to my knowledge the SN74CBTLV3245A can replace nexperia 74CBTLV3245 device. Do you have any specific reason why you are concerned that these parts are not compatible?

I'm not seeing those " Manufacturer Orderable Part Numbers" on the Nexperia 74CBTLV3245 datasheet so I don't know which package type you are looking for?
