TSU5511: INT signal doesn't work.

Part Number: TSU5511

Hello team,

My customer is using TSU5511 on their system as micro-USB switch, and there is Li-ion battery inside the system which has ~4V feed to the Vsupply pin, when they have headset plug into the micro-USB connector, it happens INT pin (with pull up resistor) doesn't pull low, therefore, system can't detect the external headset.

Actually, their headset has no any supply voltage on it, but they had measured VBUS pin at that moment and it appears zero voltage, is this correct? can you tell why Vsupply has 4V but VBUS has 0V?

If Vsupply has 4V is good enough for chip, can you advise why INT has no pull low action? is there anything to do with F/W code? should we provide sample code to help this issue? what can you tell about the relationship between this issue and f/w code?

Thanks a lot for help.
