TS5A3159-Q1: What is the Min Bandwidth (BW) Spec?

Hello,

I am designing in the TSA5A3159-Q1.

The question is related to the corner frequency and BW of TSA5A3159 . The typical value is 100Mhz .

I would like to understand the minimum value over the full temperature range .

The frequency of the signal to be managed is 30Mhz so there is plenty of room.

I already know we cannot guarantee the minimum BW, since it is not listed in the datasheet, nevertheless, it is possible to share the data of the BW at min-max temperature range?

You are correct we cannot grantee a minimum Bandwidth spec since it not stated in the datasheet. Typically switch and multiplexer bandwidth is guaranteed by design simulations over process, voltage, and temperature and verified with 3 units measured on a bench set up at room temperature.

The 3dB bandwidth is not expected to vary much across temperature because the input capacitance will remain constant. However the insertion loss will increase with temperature due to the on state resistance increasing which we do guarantee the max value across temperature.

I will look to see if I can find you some more information.
