I apologize for any confusion. This device does not do any frequency modulations (FM), but it does have the ability to pass signals in up to that bandwidth, which is atypical of audio switches.
Please see the block diagram which can be found in the datasheet for the TS3A227E, showing that we provide the capability for FM Receiver:
and a snippet below showing the bandwidth of the TS3A227E found on page 8:

Please do not hesitate to ask questions. I mention the page numbers of the datasheet so that other readers can refer to them for more information.
The functionality of this internal FET is to allow FM radio support as mentioned on page 20 of our datasheet:
and then again on page 23 showing you how to enable this function:
Please understand that it is not as simple as attaching an antenna to that pin. You will need some external FM receiver with a matching network connected to that pin to use this functionality.
An example application is if you have the TSA3227E in your mobile device, you can connect it with an FM receiver, and now your mobile device will have the capability of receiving FM radio.
