TS3A4741: RoHS 2 compliance

Hello,

how can I confirm RoHS2 (2011/65/EU) compliance?

I was able to find that anything we use from TI is RoHS compliant, but I need for sure to know it is RoHS2 compliant (or even better in compliance with amended version ((EU)2015/863))). Is there any way I can aprove of that? Or at least some e-mail adress to connect with support/sales directly?

Thanks in advance for any usefull info you can provide to me.

Thanks, but this is what I have found. Problem is, I just need to confirm it falls under 2012/65/EU (or even amendment from 2015). It should, since before 2015 amendment RoHS was only about 6 substances, not 10. Yet I would preffer a piece of information that stats directly, that the parts are compliant current EU legislation.

As for me, I don't realy care as long as the parts are working as intended. But we are preparing our product for certification now so I am trying to get whatever proofs possible to be able to declare all parts we have used are compliant with RoHS 2 so that we can avoid having our product tested for that in lab. Anyway if there is no better proove than this I guess it will be sufficiet (have more problems with some other parts).
