TS5A3160: Getting doubts conection between Switch and Micro controller

What is the purpose of the switch? What problem are you actually trying to solve?

As far as I understand your application, I do not see where the switch can fit.

TS5a3160 is ultra low leakage switch thats why i am using it.
I am getting a confusion how micro controller wake up from the sleep mode once it power off the supply from nano timer

Without power, the controller cannot wake up. The controller will restart when its power is switched on.

The DRV pin of tpl5110 nano timer continuously sends the wakeup signal to the switch (depending time we set by using resistor) to wake up the micro controller is correct?

That depends on how the TPL is configured.

The datasheet says:

Once configured in timer mode the TPL5110 periodically sends out a DRV signal to a MOSFET to turn on the µC. […]

The TPL5110 can work also in a one shot mode. In this mode the DRV signal is sent out just one time at the power on of the TPL5110 to turn on the µC.
