SN74CB3T3257: Similar Switch with Translate Up from 2.5V to 3.3V

The SN74CB3T3257 can translate from 3.3V to 2.5V is there a multiplexer with similar delay propagation (under 1ns max) that can translate from 2.5V to 3.3V???

    Here I am assuming you have 8 bits data in 2.5V domain. Not only do you want to translate them to 3.3V domain, but you also want to mux them out as 4 bit output. I am also assuming the bandwidth is required about or slightly higher than 100MHz

    SN74AVC8T245(2.5V to 3.3V level shifting) + SN74CB3Q3257 (500MHz mux)

    The device is the closest to what is needed, however the delay is still too large. We went with a passive translation device (LSF device)
