SN74CB3T3257: Whether there is another part to support output voltage translation tracks VCC which is up to 5V in typical?

What is the signal you are trying to switch and level shift: I2C, SPI, etc?  

You could probably use the SN74CB3T3257 with 5V pull ups but I'm not sure what datarate you are trying to achieve.  It would be more robust solution to use a level shifter with a transmission gate type switch like the TS3A5018.

how high do you want this device to support when > 5.5V is required?
There are many 4 bits translation device but very little to support > 5.5V

The I/O speed is around 800KHz. Not sure what interface will be here.

For SN74CB3T3257 with external pull up, will it cause some leakage current?

According to datasheet Fig3, the Voh will be here when input is high. Suppose there will be some leakage current when output is with external pull (5V to 3.xV).

Yeah, 2 chips solution could achieve this requirement, but customer hope to have single chip solution.

CD40109B could be 2 chips solution for higher voltage required.

Current survey is for 4ch 1:2 Mux with level shifter (support level shifter from 3.3V to 5V in I/O) in single chip.
So 5V is basic and I said 5.5V is for tolerance or general spec for 5V VCC.

I do not know of a translation device integrated with Mux supporting that level. I saw an application specific translation device, however, it works up to 3.6V but not 5.5V

Wouldnt you consider the Mux with the pullup? There will always be current tradeoff for voltage translation since there is a potential difference.
having larger resistance can decrease the current consumption, however, cannot be eliminated altogether.
There is also a tradeoff on the large pullup resistance and the data rate supported due to the parasitic cap.
