Would you please provide more information on your test conditions so that we may understand what is happening?

What is the supply voltage?
What is the signal on the COM, NO, or NC pins?
What is the signal on the control logic pin IN?
What is the blue trace measuring?
What is driving the signal on the COM, NO, or NC pins?
What is the desired operation?
