Hello.

Please let me know the maximum value of Tj (Junction temperature) of SN74CB3T3125PWR.

Is it 125℃ or 150℃?

It is OK even "Absolute Maximum Ratings" or "Recommended Operating Conditions".

The purpose is to calculate the allowable power dissipation.

Dice-K,

Low power signal switches and will not heat up the die more than ~10deg C above the ambient temperature.

Please see this post on how to calculate the maximum junction temperature.

The SN74CB3T3215 device maximum storage temperature is 150deg C so we can know the junction can withstand that temperature even if the device cant reach that temperature operating within the recommended specs.

Is the calculation below correct?

About 524mW = (3.6V)*(20uA) + 4*[(128mA)^2 *(8 Ohm)]
Tjmax = (85°C) + (524mW)*(113°C/W)
Tjmax = 144.2°C
