TS5MP646: IEC60950/IEC60060 compliant

Hi team,

Our customer is interested in TS5MP646 andTS3DV642 devices. According to customer’s comments, it seems that customer needs to certify the following specifications. Therefore, customer is asking us if those device are able to pass them or not.

IEC Pub950

IEC60950(5-3-2)

IEC60060

I’m not familiar with those spec, but, I suppose IEC 60950 is Power standard and also system level standard.

Can we have Expert’s advice/comments no customer’s inquiry?

This statement is from the bottom of the datasheet in the terms and conditions.

Since the TS5MP646 and TS3DV642 device do not explicitly designate that these products meet the requirements of a particular industry standard there hasn't been any work to support those standards.

Many of the IEC standards are system level standards and do not apply to individual ICs.
