Hi, My customer is looking for a switch with below specifications:

RF- Switch
1 channel
2:1 MUX
Signal 1 : 100MHz … 200MHz
Signal 2 : 1MHz … 10MHz
3Vpp better 6Vpp

They are very interested in TMUX136 but need it in single channel. What is the best possible option.

Also what channel resistance to GND does the TMUX136 have?

Hi Shashank,

There are many options for single channel SPDT MUX.
For single ended input signals, have a look into analog switches like SN74LVC1G3157, TS5A9411, TS5A63157.

I filtered the Ti.com switch search tool for 1-channel, 2:1 switch, support 3V signals, and 200MHz.

What do you think about using the TS5A63157 device?

What are you using this switch to select between?

Why did you select the TMUX136?

thank you for the answers, i have searched throw the TI website.

reasons for the TMUX136 where:

* the high BW

* low capacitance

* stability over frequency (see figure 2 in the datasheet)

I was wondering if there is something coming on the roadmap and i would prefer to take take this offline.

Never the less, what channel resistance to GND does the TMUX136 have?

Nico,

What do you mean about the resistance to ground? The resistance to ground will be high impedance unless you place a voltage below ground and can turn on the ESD path.

Are you asking if there are internal 50 ohm shunts to improve the off isolation and crosstalk performance? The TMUX136 devices does not have the internal 50 ohm shunts.
