TINA/Spice/TMUX136: Missing files for the T-Spice model

Hi Adam,

My customer wants to simulate the TMUX136. He is working in a T-Spice environment. While transferring the the Spice model into TSpice he noted the following:

• the references on the following lines have no valid target:
  • 43      X_U3         CNTRLA CNTRLB SELD ENZINT GND TS3H600_DIGITAL 
  • 89      D_D2         N292085 ENZ_N2 Dbreak
  • 98      X_U4         ENZ_N2 N288827 ENZINT 0 COMPARATOR
• he could find a fix for 
  • 43      TMUX136_DIGITAL (line 187)
  • 98      TMUX136_COMPARATOR  (line 204)
• for the diode he had to use own diode 

Now since the capacitance of the diode are important at that high frequencies the question is if he is fixes where correct and if we could provide the correct data for the D_D2?
