We purchased 250pcs * THS4551IRUNR from Mouser, the part marking is "XJ51", according to the data sheet, the marking should be "4551", pls help to confirm if XJ51 is right.
Mouser have checked with TI that the top marking has a lot of meaning, but mostly only for TI internal use. It will give them a datecode/ datecode range/ fab site or assembly site, etc. Therefore, it does not consider it is incorrect.
So can you pls confirm above opinions? does the "XJ51" is right marking? thanks a lot.
