Hi,

I am using ccs8.2.0 version. I can not able to open my old work-space now. I am getting error like.

Here is my log file.

how can i solve this problem?

Hi,
what is your "old work-space"?
Did you used this worksapce with a previous CCS version?

cc3220_2_20_sdk is my workspace. I work with this work-space a lot.
Yes i used it in 8.1.0 but suddenly error occur in 8.1.0. then i change ccs to 8.2.0

Hi,
I study troubleshooting page and watch video. but I can not able to open my current work-space. so how can i take a backup of preference data?

Using CCS8.2 create a new empty workspace dedicated for 8.2 and import project from an old workspace.
Let us know.

Hi,
i have to set "FREERTOS_INSTALL_DIR" in preferences-> ccs->build-> variables.

You could not open a workspace.
What has resolved this issue?

I do prefer to setup FREERTOS_INSTALL_DIR and other package dependencies at a project level.
That allows to do something with a new RTOS and maintain old code.
