Hi,

I have followed the user's guide.

But after I pressed the Load Config , the program would be stopped , and I cannot do anything.

Which sop I should set?

Or should I open another program in the same time?

Can anyone solve the problem?

    Hello,

    Can you please confirm whether or not you are able to successfully run the SDK out of box demo? 

    It is recommended to run this demo before trying the other demos.

    Here is a video walkthrough of running the demo: 

    Please check that you can run this demo first since the Zone Occupancy Demo is dependent on being able to run the out of box demo.

    Yes,I have successfully run the SDK out of box demo.
    But if I run the SDK out of box demo, it still not working.
    I cannot connect port 3,4 in zone occupancy because the SDK out of box demo is using port 3,4.
    How can I resolve this problem?

    Hello,

    You can only run one demo at a time. Please try closing the visualizer for the SDK out of box demo and also make sure uniflash is closed if you also just flashed the EVM. The two applications will prevent the zone occupancy visualizer from being able to access the EVM's COM ports.
