CCS/AM5728: How does "Fill Memory" perform verification?

I had my DDR configured with very incorrect parameters, but the Fill Memory / Load Memory seems to work without verification issue 99% of the time.

How do I make sure these functions do write-through the cache?

Yes - I get a pop up.

The default verification setting is "fast". This only verifies a few memory locations. Try setting it to "full"
