Is there a Windows 7 USB driver for the C6713 DSK and CCStudio 3.1? If yes, where? If not, what are my alternatives?

CCS 3.x is not supported on Windows 7. We recommend Windows 7 users to move to CCSv4.

It isn't clear to me how to get CCSv4 to talk to the C6713DSK. Can you provide some guidance here?
