example "led_ex1_blinky." won't load.
When USB is connected: LEDs on, RED/GREEN flicker for 3 seconds, (USB confirmed per directions) but example "led_ex1_blinky." won't load.
Error message:

Required dynamic library jscserdes could not be located.
The library isn't on the search path.
