As mentioned in your original thread, the Performance Benchmarks reference has also a section that covers the plain binary data load to/save from the target device. Check the section Throughput tests → Binary Load/Save of the JTAG benchmarks page at:

Console I/O transfers are still much slower than the straight JTAG transfers.

I meant how fast fwrite can write data to host machine ... is that supposed to be the same as load/save of binary data? In other words fwrite uses JTAG to transfer data from dsp to host?

Please let me know ... 

Anyway I tested it for me it is as fast as 14kb/min or .233 kb/sec.

Unfortunately no. The fwrite() is part of the console I/O set of functions of the RTS (Runtime Support library). 

You may want to try to set a breakpoint but set it to transfer data to the host - it is still a breakpoint, but it will certainly perform the transfer in binary form and therefore much faster. Check section 7.4.7 of the CCS User's Guide at:
