This new webench is interesting, but I wonder why with the old one when starting with same information I get different results into both webench? I click highest efficiency in both.
It's for TPS54424RNVR. there is also a big difference for the inductor (5.6uH versus 18uH) Does the "old" webench point out unstable values so it's better to stick to the beta version or vice versa?
Why Beta Webench did not show the 98% efficiency when I click highest efficiency?

For a non-isolated application, you can probably use a High Side Buck. You can use the UCC28880/1 in the high side buck topology. The UCC28880 can go upto currents of 100mA and UCC28881 upto currents of 225mA. We support these devices in High Side Buck in WEBENCH. There are other devices that could be used in a buck topology like the UCC28C42. Here is a reference design that can help you with this.
If you are ok using a Flyback, here is a simple design in WEBENCH that can help you.

Good start but I'll stick to the classic for the time being, recomp especially is invaluable.
In reply to Olli Mannisto:
We are currently working on enabling recompensation feature with the new WEBENCH tool and should be available soon. We encourage you to start using the new tool.
