Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
Using Webbench my 5V to 3.3Vdc circuit puts out 4.1V. The resistor values suggested Rfbt= 232K in parallel with 12pf and Rfbb= 51.7K
What causes this error? Is there a minimum load for this part? There is 22uF on the output and it is lightly loaded. The mode pin is grounded.
Can you please share your WEBENCH design with us? Please see screenshot for reference. We can take a look at the design further and also request product expert help if required regarding operation of the device.

It is better behaved with a 220 Ohm load. 3.65V under load

The simulation ran fine and converged to correct values inside the WEBENCH tool so I assume you are having issues on an actual board when testing. Please confirm if that is correct. If that is correct, would it be possible for you to share your actual design BOM, schematic and PCB layout files so a product expert can review them?
Was Amod able to answer your question about the convergence of the WEBENCH design? I want to confirm that you are not having any further issues with this simulation before I close this thread.
