I'm looking for the part files for the CSD17573Q5B NexFET Power MOSFETs.

It's not listed anywhere on the site.

Does anyone have an idea where to find that?

A request has been put in for a model. I have been informed some of the modelling team is still out this week, so it may be a few days.

I will check the product folder for the CSD17573Q5B on Wednesday of next week. If its not there, I will try to get a status update for you. In the meantime, feel free to re open this thread if you have any more questions.

The parts have clearly already been modeled in some format that is compatible with Altium as evidenced by the Altium 3D board layout attached to TIDA-00643.

Is it possible to get in contact with the authors of that design and have them provided their parts they used?

What type of file are you looking for? .bxl or .pcblib?

Yes, you are correct. This is a pretty old model so we had to do a little digging.

From our modelling team:

"Keenan can extract the “TRANS_NexFET_Q5B” footprint today by downloading www.ti.com/.../tidrhh0.zip, opening the PcbDoc within, and using menu Design|Make PCB Library. For schematic symbols, they would open the SchDoc within and use menu Design|Make Schematic Library."

Ohhhhh that is a neat trick. I didn't realize I could generate a library like that if the source files were missing.
