Hi

I need to boost 100 mv to 5volt. But whatever the IC that I got here is with 300mv.( part number-TPS6120x). But I am not getting any spice file for it. Please help.

    I am sorry, we do not have a model available for this device. You can find all available spice models using the link below. Use the search box to narrow down your search with some free form text such as "Boost spice" or "Step Down spice". We have many available spice models for boost converters and hopefully you can find a close enough device to use in your application.
