Hello,

I am having issues trying to simulate a start up of 12 -> 3.3 V buck. The output voltage measured is usually very small when I run DC nodal analysis, around 10-12 mV or lower. Is this a common issue, or did I connect something incorrectly in my circuit?tida-020005.TSC

HI Luis,

Please perform a time domain analysis instead of a DC analysis. Run the time domain simulation until the output completes softstart and settles down and observe the voltage at vout then.

DC simulation is spice is considered simulation at timie t=0. Since the output is 0V at this time, you are seeing a very small value.

My apologies, but it is not currently clear to me how to perform a time domain analysis instead of DC analysis. Could you please give me more detail on how to accomplish this?
