TIDA-01580: AFE4900 PACKAGE IS TOO SMALL TO MANUFACTURE

Hello, Actually I want to manufacture the TIDA-01580 board in India but the manufacturer is not able to design the board stating reason AFE4900 has a very small package and cannot be manufactured. please let me know how can I developed that board as I need to do the testing of my application. Also, can I get that board from anywhere?
