Is there any tools or guides to find out the new components with the specified level of "tin whisker avoid" or "free-tin whisker" for hardware & system design ?

Last question : Does all EP product meet RoHs policy for Pb-free ?
(refer to " by assembling the device with NiPdAu plating or ***SnPb*** solder balls " in page 4 of "Enhanced Product Selection Guide")

Some of the -EP products do not meet RoHS, as they contain lead. Typically this would be the BGA devices with solder balls.
You can verify the RoHS status by going to the product folder, and clicking on the Quality and Packaging tab.
