TIDA-010054: Source files for 280049

Part Number: TIDA-010054
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SFRA

Hello,

We are developing our own DAB based on the same CPU as used in the TIDA-010054 - I know that the source for this kit is not available yet due to feedback loops testing in progress on the TI side.

It would help us if we could obtain FW in it's current state, we pretty much care only about the peripheral initialization and ISR approach for this topology, it would speed up our own FW development.

Thank you.

  • Hi Michael,

    Thank you for the query.

Currently the software for this board is structured into five different build levels. In the first build, we focus on the open loop build where the PWM functionality is verified, second build uses tools like SFRA (Software Frequency Response Analyzer) to inject small signal perturbations in voltage and current reference to identify the plant transfer function, third build implements a compensator for voltage mode control, fourth build implements compensator for current loop and final build integrates the loops and also verifies bidirectional operation.

We have verified the code for the first three builds and currently working on the current loops. I understand the urgency to have the code for setting up peripherals and I will expedite the process to have an initial mysecure version of the software available to download/share through ti.com with the first four build levels by 2 to 3 weeks time.  Hope this helps.

    Thank you

  • Thank you, Harish.

That indeed solves our problem! We have developed many power converters already using SFRA and loops that it is indeed not a big concern for us. Open loop build is perfectly sufficient.
