Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I have attempted to use the power stage designer but the Loop Calculator is clipped off at the bottom and there is no ability to resize or scroll the dialog contents to see the information that is not visible.  I have tried this on multiple machines both desktop and laptop with the same results.  I have attached a screen shot of the image that is displayed.  I have also tried changing the resolution of the screens with no improvement.  This screen shot was taken on a display with   1140x900 resultion but I have tried it on one with 1600x900 with the same results.

  • Jerry,

If possible can you please try the tool on a monitor with atleast 1080 px of vertical resolution, 900 px vertical resolution seems low for the tool and hence the bottom section is cut-off.

In the mean while we will check with the development team to see if there is any work around to help display the tool on lower resolution screens.

    Best Regards,

All of our monitors use the 16x7 display format so we have none with higher vertical resolution.  It would seem that making the dialog both scrollable and resizable would make it viewable on virtually any monitor.

    Hi,

I've replied to this in this thread as well:

The minimum vertical resolution for the Loop Calculator in PSD v4 is 1024 pixels. There is currently no work-around, but the issue will be addressed with the next version of PSD.

    Best regards
