TIDA-01604: relay

Part Number: TIDA-01604
Hello. I'm Jung Jae-yup, studying with an interest in circuits.
I would like to ask a question about TIDA-01604.
As you are studying, please understand the level of questions.
When I look at the TIDA-01604's datasheet, I read that it sounds when the relay goes above 70Vrms.
The part I want to study is to know the flow chart of the relay.
For example, in the schematic, I would like to know which relay should receive a signal from the control card and which signal should come in through which device.
Thank you for answering every question.
As you are a student who wants to study, it will be hard, but please answer in detail It would be much more appreciated if you can explain it by name like U1, J601, T1, etc
  • Jaeyup, we have received your inquiry and it has been forwarded to the applicable design owner on our Automotive Systems team.  Please allow us until Monday, September 23rd to provide additional response as it is already Friday afternoon in Germany, where the team resides.

  • Hi Jaeyup,

The relay control signal comes from pin 57 of J600. J600 is connected to the F280049 controlCARD where you can find the instruction here:

The relay control signal turns on MOSFET Q12 and thereby turns on the relay.
