PMP10783: PMP10783 I don't really understand it

Hi Do Van,

The idea here is to use 400V rated capacitors (they are the most common and lowest cost in this range) to be able to support a higher input voltage.

So we put the capacitors in series to increase the useable voltage.  The resistors are used to help balance the voltage on each cap.
