Thanks for reaching out to us on the forum. There are no C2000 MCUs http://www.ti.com/microcontrollers/c2000-real-time-control-mcus/overview.html that have Bluetooth technology embedded in the device.
Depending on the device we support standard comms like SPI and UART, but may also have CAN and LIN as well as eNET and USB.
I beleive one of these should be available on the Arduino you have, and these blocks should be supported in The MathWorks GUI tools.
If you let me know which specific C2000 MCU you have, we can get more specific on the connection type and support in The MathWorks tool chain.
