i want to measure the water flow through the pipe, 

and I have Ultrasonic transducers water flow sensor with(TDC1000-TDC7200)

if i want to send data to the mobile app, shall we need to connect  (TDC1000-TDC7200) with third part (MSP430FR6047)?

and how we connect this part?
