WEBENCH® Tools/TPSM84624: Having trouble downloading Altimum files for the TPSM84624M Webench Design

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Having trouble downloading the Altium files for the TPSM84624M in Webench. I started Webench from the product page and left in the default settings and it still doesn't work. Can you help? I am using Crome but I also have a customer who is trying it using Edge and Pale Moon. He said it use to work for him but it no longer does.

Hi Umayal,

I'm an FAE that is helping Matt while he is out of office.

The customer was able to download the design files, but did not see an Altium board in any of the files.

They only got the schematics and libraries. For the PCB layout, there was only a SVG, but that isn't very helpful for them.

Is there a way to export Altium layout files? Or is there a separate step for exporting the layout files that the customer may be missing?

Hi Ben,

I was able to find the Board files for TPSM84624. I followed below steps. Hope this helps.

1. Created the default design for TPSM84624 and downloaded the exported to Altium designer files.

2. Extracted the downloaded Zip file and found board files inside it.

3. I have attached the board files here as well for your reference. Please let us know if this helps.
