Hello,
In reader writer mode, Is there a maximum number of bytes that TRF7970A can read or write? or it depends on the RFID coil that the sensor reeds from?

Hello Mohamed,
From a device standpoint, no, as long as you handle the FIFO you can send as many bytes as you want.
Different tag protocols will limit the data transfers though, and typically you won't write more than 255 bytes in one transaction.
Hello Ralph,
Could you please tell me the memory storage of the tag that is attached with the sensor ?
and is it allowed to just buy the tag that is attached with the sensor ? if it possible please give me the link.
thanks.
Hello Mohamed,
It is either 256 or 2048 bits. Depends if it's a Pro or Plus transponder.
We don't sell those inlays anymore, but third parties like SAG or Smartrac can be contacted to get similar sized inlays.
