I'm struggling to find a way to build a wireless node that could sustain itself from months without changing batteries.
I want to measure TDS (Conductivity), Ph level, and water temperature.

The LMP91200 http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lmp91200.pdf is what we offer for the Analog Front End (AFE) to be used with two-electrode pH sensors.

For temperature - i am assuming you want a probe form factor, which we do not have, but a probe could be made from many of our temp sensing devices, so please confirm the form factor.
