To proceed with a replacement we just like to confirm if there is a need to
send back the defective board and the shipped back address if there is a need to.
Also, this is a replacement for a single defective unit only right? Thanks to confirm.

No need to have the customer ship this board back. It can be scrapped or kept from cutomer's end.
