RF430FRL152H: Pin selection of analog resistive strain sensor

Part Number: RF430FRL152H

Hi there,

I'm new to the NFC circuit here, and may really need your help on this.

I'm using RF430FRL152H to detect value of analog resistive strain sensor (powered only by RF). According to the manual and datasheet, there are two ways i can make it:

1. Use the resistance sensor bias interface.

In this way, I looked up the Temp Sensor Patch (http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sloa212a/sloa212a.pdf), in which both the sensor and reference is connected to the resistive bias interface.

My question here is: Is it okay to replace the RT1 (thermo sensor on the patch) with my own resistive strain sensor?

And how can I get the value of my analog sensor? (by following "4.1 How can the SD14 ADC result be converted to temperature in http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sloa247c/sloa247c.pdf ?)

2. Use the voltage divider circuit.

In this way, I'll need a circuit like this:

Which pin should I use for Vin? (According to datasheet and previous thread, VDDH is not a regulated voltage source. It is in the range of 1.8-3.6V and varies over tag distance to the reader, so defeinetely not VDDH, right?)

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you very much in advance for your help!
