Currently, development is underway through the cc1120.

Does CC1120 provide encryption for RF communications?

If CC1120 do not provide encryption, should I implement it SW?

If I need to implement it in SW, will there be a referenceable example?

CC1120 does not have crypto. If you need this you can look at CC1200 as an alternative.

For crypto in software: You can either use a MCU with a crypto module or do it from scratch. Either way, look into what exist of code examples for the MCU you are using.

I need to use cc1120 because I should to use Narrowband.

Currently, the MCU is using the CC1312.

Is there a cryptographic algorithm provided by Ti Rtos/CC1312?

Check the code in the comment field of AESCCM.h in C:\ti\simplelink_cc13x2_sdk_2_20_00_71\source\ti\drivers when you have installed the SDK.
