CC1120: Unique Device ID

Hello,

Does the CC1120 have the unique Device ID pre-programmed from factory?

If have not Device ID, should we use DEV_ADDR (0x001F) for device identification?

    No, CC1120 does not have any pre-programmed information other than information about the chip version.

    DEV_ADDR could be used but you would probably need a longer device ID on the protocol level since the DEV_ADDR is just 1 byte.
