RTOS/CC1352P: Messages Missing in FH mode

I suggest you to print short address on sensor node and collector when collector sends data to sensor node to verify this.

i will do that.here what i observed that is after long time sensor able to send data or collector able to send data without restart. so short address will assigned at very first time only when new sensor joined in the association time. so why its taking time to join the network after restart?

I suppose it takes time to synchronize in FH mode. More FH channels will take more time. You can try to decrease FH channel to see if synchronization time is decreased.

my sensor is a sleepy device. so i think so it will follow the collector listening channel for sending a data. and for collector how it is assigning the channel i need to check. 

Another thing is like how can i decrease the channel in FH mode at collector side.

You can revise CONFIG_FH_CHANNEL_MASK in config.h to decrease FH channels.

I assigned European country channel list, so within that one also it will take only 34/36 channels only for communication,  others are ignored. 

so again i have to decrease?

Another thing is that i switched my programming from Non Beacon mode to FH mode, because there more chances of missing messages because its communicating only on 1 channel. 

and now you are suggesting me that to reduce channels.

I would suggest you to setup sniffer to check what happens over the air before we suggest what to do next. The difficulty is that if you use 34 channels, you need to sniff all 34 channels.

yeah, okay i will check with the Sniffer tool what is happening. then i will come back.

actually i written coding that it should print short and extend address also while sending data. so lets see how it will help to me.

Make sure to do Wireshark Dissector Setup section and select correct channel that your device would send messages.

In FH mode, how may i know that on which channel device is sending or receiving messages?

while doing wireshark and SDK installation, my system got corrupted. it happen 2 times with me within 1 day. actually mouse and keyboard stops working . 
is there any problem of software or anything else.

You won't know it so you have to setup sniffer on all FH channels to capture all the traffics.

Try to disable firewall or anti-virus SW.

i have done with all channels, but still i am getting the same results which image i posted previously. and that Dessector setup also i did correctly. so no problem with that.

Firewall and antivirus also disable.

No, i have only 1 CC1350 launch pad and i checked with that. so i am getting those results. So how can i check with 1 launchpad and all channels. because according to me it has to catch all messages which is coming under 868Mhz band which i am using for European countries.

You have to buy multiple LaunchPad to sniff all channels.

but after all we don't know the FH mode hopping channel every time. and i can't buy so many launchpads.

how can change the multiple channel to single channel in FH mode. so at least i can check the channel data on sniffer.

Channel mask used when CONFIG_FH_ENABLE is true. Represents the list of channels on which the device can hop. The actual sequence used shall be based on DH1CF function. It is represented as a bit string with LSB representing Ch0. e.g., 0x01 0x10 represents Ch0 and Ch12 are included.

CONFIG_FH_ENABLE is true only. and DH1CF is also initialised at starting time. 

in FH mode for single channel what i need to do just tell me.

Try to run non-beacon mode examples and use sniffer to see if you can see messages sent over the air.

Yes i checked with NonBeacon also but still i am getting same problem. NOT GETTING ANY DATA.

Does collector and sensor connect to each other and sending messages when you do sniff? If they are connected and you cannot see anything on sniffer, I suggest you to check sniffer frequency band and channel first.

yes sniffer frequency band is 868 and channel is 0 only. so i think it should show me the data in the sniffer.

yes i checked in the collector side its sending data.

This one i am getting, in this one how can i segregate my particular data ?

If you check sniffer_agent, do you see there’s packets coming?

while sending and receiving data i am printing data on UART. so there is no problem  of data sending or receiving. 

i just stuck here, because i selected the protocol butstill i am getting other protocol messages also?

Sorry for delay, I was resolving another issue.

Wireshark_Logs.rarsee i am getting the results, and i can get the data of my collector and sensor also.

But here one [problem is that this is encrypted data, so how can i decrypt it back to original data.

Can you help me out in this?
