CC1312R: VDDR Sensor Power

Part Number: CC1312R

I am trying to integrate an AK09918C magnetometer. This chip runs at 1.65v-1.95v and I was hoping to power it directly from the VDDR pin, rather than through additional components. It is a pretty low power component and I am not actively using it during radio activity, so it "seems" reasonable to power it this way.

My question is: is VDDR a valid power source for an external component?

I'm having trouble soldering the tiny BGA, so I am just trying to figure out if its a connection issue or if my power scheme is the culprit.

Here's the datasheet on the AK09918C:
