Hello, I am making a 500kHz buck converter with synchronous rectification. Is it feasible to use LM5116 as a synchronous rectification control chip? If possible, is there a corresponding driver chip and main mos and synchronous rectification mos?

Hi Dailing,

Depending on the max input voltage, the LM5145 (75V max) and LM25145 (42V max) are good general-purpose synchronous buck controllers with integrated gate drivers.
