CCS/CC1310: Unable to compile the Wireless MBus stack(Ti Rtos CCS project) with FLASH_BASE address other than zero

I am trying to set the FLASH_BASE to 0x3000 in the CC1310_LAUNCHXL_TIRTOS.cmd

The compilation fails with the following error.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
